BPO employs over 2400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków or Katowice we are looking for candidates for the position of:Recruitment Team LeaderRef. no RTL Job Description:RecruitmentManage end-to-end internal and external recruitment process and deliver top class recruitment services in order to ensure that quantity and quality of workforce is suited to the position, to short and long term requirements of the organisationTake full responsibility for recruitment processes for entry level and standard roles and support HR Business Partners in recruitment for senior and non-standard positions including searching and screening processesCoordinate the process of organization of interviews, tests and Assessment Centres / Development Centers if required in order to measure their relevant skills, knowledge and competencies; recommend and give feedback about candidates to hiring managers in order to be able to choose the best matching candidatesHandle and continuously improve usage of resource information systems in order to support effective selection and handling databased information according to Capgemini policies; provide feedback to all candidates within a reasonable time in order to strengthen company imageBuilds rapport and develops strong relationships with candidates and specialist recruitment/ executive search agencies to ensure smooth interview process in order to ensure finding the best possible candidates within the shortest possible timeWork closely with HR Business Partners to utilise internal resourcesIn cooperation with HR Business Partners devises, implements and drives cost-effective multi-channel sourcing strategy for Capgemini PolandDelivers headcount against recruitment budgetsPeople ManagementCoordinate people management activities such as staffing, training, and employee relations of the teamProviding leadership to the team through mentoring, coaching, career growth opportunities and performance managementService ManagementHandle regular communication with the stakeholders and appraise, flag, mitigate issues if any, and manage escalationsCooperate with HR Business Partners to ensure that all required approvals to commence recruitment and hire candidates are in placeTrack services provided and ensure timely and accurate reportsEnsure that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to internal clients expectationsEnsure effective utilization of resources within the SSC Recruitment teamAssigns priorities for the SSC Recruitment teamContinually strives to simplify, standardise and improve recruitment processes across all BUs and encourages the team to do the same Candidate's profile:Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment policies and processesAt least 3 years of experience as a recruiter (proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions)Knowledge and experience of best practice recruitment processes, including CBI method and assessment centresStrong knowledge of recruitment / employment legislationExtensive knowledge of competitive organisationsExcellent networking and relationship-building skillsProven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balance project work with high-priority requestsExperience in managing people and projects will be strong assetUnderstanding of different Business Units,Fluent English communication skills (oral & written)Strong in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint What do we offer to the candidates:Professional development in a dynamic, growing businessCompetitive salary with attractive benefit packageFree private medical careMultisport card – unlimited access to over 2 660 sports facilities (fitness clubs, swimming pools, etc.) throughout the countryTickets to cinemas and theatresAdditional life insuranceParticipation in prestigious international projectsExcellent working atmosphere Interested candidates are invited to apply online http://capgeminipl.easycruit.com/ or send CV to RecruitmentBPO.pl@capgemini.comWe protect your privacy.
